This course is approved by the Secretary of State. Course includes, instruction, review and testing to become a California Notary Public. Notaries are needed in Real Estate, Banking, Law and insurance and is a respected profession. You’ll learn everything you need to know to pass the State exam and easily turn being a Notary into a part-time or full-time career. State required Proof of Completion certificates awarded.

What to Bring...

1. One of the following Photo Identification:
(current or issued within the last 5 years)

• A driver's license or State DMV I.D. card
• A Canadian or Mexican Driver's license
• U.S. Passport or Passport issued by a foreign government
• A U.S. Military I.D. Card

2.Two #2 pencils

3. $15.00 Material Fee (no checks)

4. A check, money order, or cashier's check for $40.00 made payable to The Secretary of State - in order to take the exam. Your name must be preprinted on the check; temporary checks are not accepted.

5. A completed current application form (& fail letter if retaking the exam)

6. 2"x 2" color passport photograph
